Glass walling on all external walls makes the city's magical skyline a permanent backdrop, and the balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and living areas.

Outside, a roof garden patio, maintained by the Management Company, is accessed by stairs via a roof-top conservatory.

A monitored alarm system is fully installed throughout.
